Position Overview:
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Employee Benefits Client Manager to support and grow a portfolio of employer groups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being front-facing with clients, building trust, and acting as a go-to resource for all things benefits.

You’ll work closely with business owners and their teams to guide them through renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing benefits support. While organization and follow-through are important, this role is centered around communication, responsiveness, and delivering a strong client experience.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Lead renewal conversations and present plan options in a clear, consultative way
  • Support clients through open enrollment and employee education
  • Assist employees with benefit questions, coverage details, and claims concerns
  • Coordinate with internal team members and carriers to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve client outcomes
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active Life/Health license (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • Experience in employee benefits or group insurance
  • Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable leading conversations and presenting options to clients
  • Organized and able to manage multiple relationships at once
  • Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented
  • Experience with Employee Navigator preferred
