We're hiring someone to own email as a full-funnel channel — client newsletters, nurture sequences, and cold outreach to prospective clients and passive recruiting candidates.
What You'll Own
- Build and manage campaigns and newsletters in Mailchimp, end to end (copy, design via Canva, send, report)
- Write cold email sequences for audiences: mid-market CFOs/business owners (service outreach) with its own tone and value prop
- Structure every sequence with subject line variants, a hook, a clear value prop, and a direct CTA
- Manage deliverability fundamentals — domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC — so campaigns actually land
- Segment lists by audience and stage, and continually test/refine based on open, click, and reply data
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years running email marketing or outreach campaigns, B2B preferred
- Excellent copywriting — can write short, direct, persuasive emails with no fluff
- Familiarity with Mailchimp and outreach tools (Snov.io or similar) a strong plus
