About You

You're an experienced email marketer who knows how to make email a reliable revenue and retention channel. You're a hands-on operator who owns the full lifecycle, from building campaigns and flows in Klaviyo to improving segmentation, deliverability, testing, and performance.

You have a track record of measurable results in e-commerce or subscription businesses. You're highly analytical and detail-oriented, and you do your best work when you have ownership and something to build. You're just as comfortable setting strategy as you are doing the day-to-day work to grow the channel.


What You'll Do

  • Own email and SMS end to end, including Klaviyo and Customer.IO, campaign execution, send cadence, and the marketing calendar.
  • Audit and optimize the existing program across flows, segmentation, deliverability, and list health to find growth opportunities.
  • Rebuild and improve core lifecycle flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and subscription/autoship journeys.
  • Partner with creative and brand to develop on-brand content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Build a revenue-focused calendar tied to launches, promotions, and business goals.
  • Evaluate subscription and autoship email programs on an ongoing basis, improving performance through better segmentation and messaging.
  • Run a consistent testing program, both A/B and multivariate, across subject lines, creative, copy, timing, and audience segments.
  • Protect deliverability, sender reputation, inbox placement, and list health through ongoing monitoring and hygiene.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with email technology partners and agencies, including Klaviyo, Customer.IO, Recharge, Friendbuy and Alia.
  • Establish weekly reporting on the metrics that matter, flagging what's working and fixing what isn't.

You Bring

  • 4+ years owning and growing email marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience (or a comparable ESP) across campaigns, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of deliverability, list health, inbox placement, and compliance.
  • Experience driving growth in e-commerce and/or subscription businesses.
  • A data-driven approach that uses testing and analytics to improve performance.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, strong on both strategy and execution.
  • Comfortable owning a channel end to end in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
