Email Marketing Designer / Developer

Our client, a leading media company, is seeking an *Email Marketing Designer / Developer* to support their creative marketing team. This is a contract role lasting up to 26 Weeks, and it is *Hybrid *in the office 4 days per week and remote on Fridays. The position involves designing and developing multi-channel creative assets for top-tier brands, emphasizing email and front-end expertise. If you're passionate about innovative design and digital marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact campaigns. *Email Marketing Designer / Developer Responsibilities:* * Conceptualize and create responsive, on-brand HTML emails optimized for various email clients and devices. * Develop and maintain modular email templates and design systems within ESP platforms to ensure consistency across campaigns. * Design engaging digital assets such as banners, paid social creatives, animations, and multimedia content for different customer lifecycle stages. * Apply front-end knowledge to code or troubleshoot email and web assets, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accuracy. * Conduct quality assurance testing on digital assets using industry-standard tools before deployment, resolving any rendering issues. *Email Marketing Designer / Developer Qualifications:* * 4+ years of proven design experience with a portfolio demonstrating successful revenue-generating campaigns. * Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails, familiar with email-specific constraints across major ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable. * Curious and adaptable with AI tools impacting design and email development workflows. * Experience creating display banners and digital ad assets adhering to industry specifications. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
