Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

  • Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns

  • Build and maintain email lists while ensuring database accuracy

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports

  • Coordinate social media content scheduling and publishing

  • Support paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients, partners, and industry contacts through email and LinkedIn

  • Research prospective leads and maintain CRM records

  • Assist with website content updates and marketing materials

  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements

  • Work closely with the team to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time

  • Perform general marketing administration and documentation

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, marketing administration, or email marketing

  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools

  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is highly regarded

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)

  • Strong written English and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

  • Experience using Canva is an advantage
