Ecommerce Specialist

Position Summary

We have revolutionized the US golf simulator industry from the commercial golf simulator market success at the global level by offering first-of-its-kind overhead launch monitors in the open technology platform to thousands of individual golfers. Seamlessly combining hardware and simulator software programs, our passion is to create valuable content, products, and services that fulfill millions of golfers’ passion for their love of the game. 

We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day management and execution of our ecommerce business across D2C, B2B, and international markets. 

This role will work primarily within Shopify and Sanity CMS to manage products, merchandising, website content, promotions, and ecommerce operations. This role will also serve as a key content manager for Uneekor’s international websites, ensuring regional experiences remain accurate, current, and aligned with the brand. 

The ideal candidate combines hands-on ecommerce experience with an understanding of digital marketing principles and a strong technical aptitude. We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, comfortable taking ownership of projects, and interested in growing their responsibilities as Uneekor’s digital commerce business expands. 

Responsibilities

Ecommerce & Merchandising 

• Manage the day-to-day administration of Uneekor’s Shopify environment across D2C, B2B, and international markets. 

• Create and maintain products, variants, bundles, SIMKITs, collections, pricing, availability, promotions, and merchandising. 

• Maintain accurate product information, specifications, imagery, metadata, SKUs, and other ecommerce data. 

• Support ecommerce execution for product launches, promotions, B2B programs, and international expansion. 

• Maintain Shopify Markets, catalogs, company configurations, shipping settings, product availability, and other ecommerce rules. 

• Identify opportunities to improve merchandising, customer experience, and operational efficiency. 

Website & Content Management 

• Manage and publish website content through Shopify and Sanity CMS, including PDPs, collections, landing pages, navigation, and promotional content. 

• Serve as a content manager for Uneekor’s international websites, maintaining regional content, imagery, navigation, promotions, and product information. 

• Coordinate localization and translation needs across international markets. 

• Apply ecommerce and digital marketing principles to how products, promotions, and content are presented throughout the customer journey. 

• Ensure consistency between ecommerce data and customer-facing website content. 

Ecommerce Operations & QA 

• Monitor the storefront for product, pricing, content, checkout, navigation, and functionality issues. 

• Perform QA for website updates, promotions, product launches, integrations, and platform changes across desktop and mobile. 

• Troubleshoot ecommerce and website issues independently, identifying whether issues are related to content, configuration, integrations, or development. 

• Coordinate with internal and external technical resources when development support is required. 

• Support implementation of approved SEO, analytics, and conversion improvements. 

• Manage ecommerce data through imports, exports, bulk updates, and other catalog management processes. 

• Document key ecommerce configurations and processes and identify opportunities to automate or simplify recurring workflows. 

Cross-Functional Support 

• Work closely with Digital Commerce, Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and Engineering. 

• Translate business requirements into ecommerce and website execution. 

• Coordinate with Operations on inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and product availability requirements. 

• Support external agencies and development partners with ecommerce requirements, testing, and QA. 

• Take ownership of assigned projects and follow them through to completion with limited day-to-day oversight. 

Qualifications, Knowledge & Critical Skills

• 3+ years of ecommerce or digital commerce experience, preferably with hands-on Shopify experience. 

• Experience managing ecommerce products, merchandising, promotions, and website content. 

• Working knowledge of digital marketing principles, including customer journey, conversion, SEO, promotions, and content merchandising. 

• Experience working with a CMS; Sanity experience is a plus. 

• Experience with Shopify Markets, international ecommerce, or Shopify B2B is a plus. 

• Experience working with ecommerce data, CSV imports/exports, bulk product updates, or catalog management tools. 

• Experience with HTML/CSS, web development, APIs, ecommerce integrations, or other technical web concepts is a plus, but not required. 

• Comfortable learning new platforms and understanding how ecommerce systems and integrations work together. 

• Strong attention to detail, organization, written communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to identify what needs to be done and take ownership through completion. 

• Strong desire to learn, take on additional responsibility, and grow within the Digital Commerce team. 

• Knowledge of golf, golf technology, launch monitors, or the golf simulator industry is preferred.
