The EAP Clinical Case Specialist conducts comprehensive clinical assessments and provides solution-focused guidance and advocacy for members. They are responsible for managing clinical call center operations, coordinating care, and ensuring accurate documentation of member inquiries and crisis interventions.

EAP Clinical Case Specialist will play a key role in the success and continued growth of Claremont/Uprise Health by providing top notch clinical skills and customer service. Our Clinical Case Specialists are empowered to conduct a comprehensive clinical assessment and provide solution-focused guidance, advocacy and support on every call.
This position is required to work Pacific Time Zone Hours from 8 am to 5 pm.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a home remote office near office equipment (telephone, computer). Verbal and written communication, telephone usage, filing, sitting, typing, reading, and carrying are required to perform the essential functions of this job.
