eRetail Media Manager

We're looking for an experienced Media Manager to own the success of retail media campaigns across the full marketplace ecosystem: Walmart Connect, Roundel (Target), Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart Ads, and beyond. This isn't an Amazon-first role. We want someone who gets excited about the nuances of Walmart's search auction, Instacart's shoppability formats, and what it takes to win on shelf across multiple retailers simultaneously.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Walmart Connect, Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart Ads, and other retail media networks. Hands on keyboard, not just in strategy docs.
• Build and execute retail media strategies that work across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to each retailer's unique inventory and shopper base
• Be the main client contact on all things retail media and paid search, translating performance data into clear recommendations and keeping stakeholders aligned
• Identify growth opportunities across emerging retail media networks and new ad formats before they're obvious
• Oversee analysts' work and provide coaching that actually builds their skills, not just gets the work done
• Develop test plans, strategic roadmaps, and risk/benefit analyses, and close the loop with results and next steps
• Apply data analysis and structured problem-solving to improve performance across a complex, multi-retailer portfolio

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing retail media campaigns. Walmart Connect and at least one of Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, or Instacart Ads required; Amazon experience a plus but not the focus
• Real fluency with retail media platforms and third-party tools like Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, or similar
• Strong data skills: pivot tables, vlookups, and the ability to pull a story out of a messy performance report; Excel macros a plus
• Experience managing and developing people, not just doing the work yourself
• Clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams. You can explain a bid strategy change and a quarterly result in the same call without losing anyone.
