E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Product Listings & Inventory) (MC0806FT)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM (CST)

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support a growing U.S.-based luxury resale business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, repetitive tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable working with product data, inventory systems, images, and online marketplaces.
You will help create accurate product listings, manage inventory records, prepare product images, calculate product costs, and maintain organized marketplace listings across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

* Create and optimize product listings on eBay, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and categories.
* Enter and maintain accurate inventory information in the company’s Consigner management system.
* Extract product information and images from supplier and auction websites.
* Convert foreign currencies, especially JPY to USD, and accurately record purchase and sale amounts.
* Cross-list products to additional platforms such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop following company guidelines.
* Maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
* Respond to basic customer inquiries through marketplace messaging using provided templates.
* Collaborate with the team through chat and video meetings when needed.

Requirements

* Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces.
* Experience creating or managing product listings.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based software.
* Strong organizational and data entry skills.
