About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on E-Commerce & Marketing Project Manager to serve as the project management hub across the company’s marketing and e-commerce operations. This person will help ensure marketing initiatives, campaigns, launches, and related e-commerce projects move forward on time while keeping teams aligned across functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities and workload can fluctuate. Some days may require only a few focused hours, while others may be more intensive and occasionally extend beyond traditional business hours. The ideal candidate is comfortable with this level of flexibility and is willing to step in with additional support when the business requires it.

This is best suited for someone who enjoys keeping multiple moving pieces organized, driving accountability, following through on deadlines, and ensuring marketing and e-commerce initiatives move from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management and coordination of marketing and e-commerce initiatives, ensuring priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.
• Manage and maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, promotions, launches, content, and other key initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure marketing activities are properly communicated to and supported by other departments.
• Serve as a central point of contact between marketing and teams involved in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, customer experience, and other business functions.
• Track project timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and outstanding action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external partners/vendors as needed to move projects from planning through completion.
• Support the execution of Shopify and e-commerce initiatives, ensuring marketing plans and site-related activities are properly coordinated.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or gaps and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Help establish structure and accountability across recurring marketing processes and workflows.
• Provide additional support during high-volume periods, launches, promotions, and other intensive business cycles.
• Maintain visibility across ongoing initiatives and provide updates on project status, priorities, and potential issues.

Schedule: EST / Generally 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (flexible)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketing operations, or project management.
• Experience working with DTC/e-commerce brands, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and the ability to proactively identify what needs to happen next.
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and coordinating people with different priorities.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing or coordinating marketing calendars, campaigns, product launches, promotions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership without requiring constant direction.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and varying workloads.
• LATAM-based and able to work primarily within EST business hours.
