Role Overview

The eCommerce Coordinator will serve as a key operational partner to the founder, supporting the day-to-day management and growth of a Shopify-based lifestyle brand. This role blends ecommerce operations, SEO, analytics, CRM, and content execution into a single hands-on position with broad exposure across the business. The eCommerce Coordinator will track performance metrics, optimize product pages and email campaigns, and help execute social media content — all while maintaining the operational systems that keep the store running smoothly.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 30h/week

 
 

Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Ecommerce Operations

  • Maintain and update product SKUs, collections, landing pages, navigation, and internal linking within Shopify.

  • Manage product images, descriptions, and quality assurance checks across the catalog.

  • Support CRO by identifying friction points and improving the overall user experience.

  • Monitor site maintenance and review management tools such as Judge.me.

 

Product Page Optimization & SEO

  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and alt text for products and collections.

  • Manage Booster SEO integration and implement recommendations.

  • Oversee blog optimization and internal linking strategies.

  • Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives.

 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics via Shopify, GA4, Pinterest, and Klaviyo.

  • Analyze add-to-cart, checkout, purchase events, and product performance data.

  • Deliver weekly KPI dashboards and actionable insights to leadership.

 

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Support Klaviyo campaign setup, segmentation, and subscriber growth initiatives.

  • Assist with email flows, lifecycle campaigns, and performance reporting.

  • Help optimize email campaigns based on analytics insights.

 

Growth Marketing & Content

  • Pinterest: create, schedule, and optimize pins; track performance against KPIs.

  • Instagram & TikTok: schedule content, support creation, and monitor engagement.

  • Develop content pillars, research trends, and ideate campaigns aligned with brand identity.

  • Contribute to community engagement and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.

 

Customer Service & Business Support

  • Manage customer emails and inquiries, resolving shipping or product-related issues.

  • Monitor customer experience and keep FAQs updated and accurate.

  • Maintain SOPs and provide administrative ecommerce support as needed.

 
 

Qualifications — Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, content support, or growth marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and ecommerce platforms is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational tasks and track performance metrics consistently.

  • Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with GA4, Pinterest Analytics, or other reporting tools is advantageous.

  • Experience with lifestyle, travel, home décor, or ecommerce brands is a nice-to-have.

  • Exposure to AEO/GEO concepts or blog publishing is a bonus.

 

Qualifications — Skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Proactive and self-directed — able to identify what needs to be done and execute without constant direction.

  • Analytically minded with comfort interpreting data and translating it into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong written skills for customer-facing communications and content support.

  • Comfortable maintaining SOPs, change logs, and project documentation with accuracy and consistency.

  • Adaptable and eager to learn across a broad range of ecommerce functions simultaneously.

  • Shopify catalog, collections, and product detail pages maintained accurately and up to date.

  • Metadata and alt text consistently optimized for SEO across products and collections.

  • Customer inquiries managed promptly and resolved professionally.

  • Content and social media campaigns executed on schedule across Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Weekly KPI reporting delivered with actionable insights to support leadership decisions.

  • Project tracking, change logs, and team communication maintained proactively and consistently.
