Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our international clients within the staffing sector.
• Source, screen, and interview high-potential candidates to fill various Dutch-speaking jobs across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with a premium consultancy experience.
• Utilize professional networking tools and our proprietary database to identify top talent for our clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between hiring managers and prospective candidates.
• Stay updated on recruitment & staffing industry trends to ensure we remain the leader in international placements.
• Achieve individual and team-based KPIs while contributing to the success of our global recruitment team.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• An eagerness to learn the professional recruitment & staffing industry from the ground up—no prior experience is needed!
• Professionalism, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to relocate to Greece to work within our international team environment.
