Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking enterprise clients, addressing inquiries and providing dedicated support.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses to deliver effective and personalized solutions.
• Conduct thorough consultations and strategy sessions to aid clients in implementing decisions aligned with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing trust and engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company solutions to offer valuable insights to clients.
• Support clients in overcoming operational challenges encountered during their engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, specifically with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of business solutions and the consulting process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on relationship-building.
• Self-driven with effective organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
