Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks In your daily routine as a Virtual Travel Coordinator, your duties will focus on:

  • Multichannel Engagement: Handling incoming client communications via phone, email, and live messaging with fluid professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
  • Complex Problem Resolution: Investigating and fixing detailed booking discrepancies and payment inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Travel Expertise: Staying informed on international travel regulations and internal software tools to offer accurate, high-level guidance to clients.
  • Database Tracking: Documenting all client interactions thoroughly within the corporate CRM to maintain precise account histories.
