Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks In your daily role as a Virtual Travel Specialist, your duties will focus on:

  • Omnichannel Support: Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with polished, professional fluency in both fluent Dutch and fluent English.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Researching and resolving intricate booking issues and account queries with patience and empathy.
  • Travel Advisory: Staying up to date on global travel regulations and internal software tools to provide accurate, top-tier guidance to clients.
  • CRM Logging: Recording all guest interactions with detailed accuracy in the system to maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Goal Achievement: Meeting individual performance metrics while collaborating with a global workforce to maintain superior service standards.

Candidate Profile & Requirements We are looking for driven professionals who excel in a fast-paced, independent, remote environment.

Language Skills

  • Dutch: Fluent, C2-level proficiency to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • English: Fluent, B2-level proficiency or higher for onboarding programs, software interfaces, and internal team communications.

  • Work Authorization: Full legal permission to live and work in Greece.
