As a remote travel specialist, you will protect the brand's standing by resolving intricate booking issues and ensuring smooth, top-grade travel experiences. You will serve as a key connection, combining technical precision with excellent guest care.

Daily Duties & Key Responsibilities In your role as a Virtual Travel Specialist, your daily tasks will focus on:

  • Multi-Channel Support: Managing inbound communications through phone, email, and live messaging with fluid professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Researching and fixing complicated booking mistakes and account inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Specialized Guidance: Keeping up-to-date on international travel requirements and internal software tools to provide accurate, high-level advice to clients.
  • Accurate Record Keeping: Documenting all user interactions thoroughly within the corporate CRM to maintain precise account records.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting personal output targets while partnering with an international team to sustain top-tier service standards.
