About the Job

We are an international service company specializing in customer experience and business process outsourcing and have over 50,000 employees. As an Inbound Customer Support Agent, you will 

• Support to Partner managing extranet (Assistance to partners managing their hotels, e.g. open availability, managing calendar, invoices, etc...) via phone and email

Who we are looking for

• Speak and write fluent Dutch and English
• EU passport
• Empathy and a kind smile in your voice
• Good in stressed situations
• Loves to speak to people and help
• Having Experience with Windows Computers + Multitasking Proficiency.
• Able to install Okta app on their mobile phones, internet connection (by cable so router access needed), isolated and proper working space.
