Key Objectives
Support the documentation process by preparing, organizing, and maintaining company records and project files.
Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline document workflows and improve overall information management.
Responsibilities
Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update document databases, filing systems, and archives both digitally and physically.
Coordinate with team members to gather necessary information and ensure documentation completeness.
Track document versions and revisions to maintain consistency and compliance with company standards.
Support administrative tasks related to document control and record keeping.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Assist in training new staff on documentation procedures as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration or related field preferred.
Proven experience in document management, administrative support, or a similar role.
