Step into a District Manager role and help lead our Mid-Atlantic team!
In this role, you will help develop and support Field Reps through coaching, KPI conversations, ride-alongs, performance follow-up, and ongoing communication. District Managers play a key role in driving route completion, wins, merchandising standards, brand knowledge, team culture, and overall regional performance.
Field Reps who apply must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Candidates who move forward in the process will be asked to complete a brief pre-work assignment with a quick turnaround. The assignment is to help us better understand your communication style, leadership approach, and understanding of the District Manager role. We expect it to take about 15-30 minutes to complete, and the deadline to submit the assignment will be Tuesday, June 9th.
As part of the evaluation process, we will connect with your current Director and District Manager, if applicable, to gather feedback before a final decision.
Deadline for applying: Friday, June 5th.
Interviews are expected to take place on Thursday, June 11th, with Wednesday, June 10th used if needed.
