Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager

As a Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager on our Work Dynamics Team, you will lead end-to-end real estate transactions across a dynamic portfolio ensuring our clients and their internal customers get the best deal and best fit available. You’ll be the dependable partner who drives alignment across brokers, landlords, internal teams, and legal to turn complex transactions into clear decisions and smooth execution.

How You Will Contribute

• Help clients strategize, evaluate and execute real estate transactions to meet their business and occupancy needs

• Manage negotiations, approvals, and execution of leases with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners by providing clear recommendations that balance term length, market rates, and operational requirements, while ensuring terms and key details are communicated clearly

• Serve as a key transactions management liaison between customers, internal teams, and external partners

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and reporting

• Leverage platform advantages (e.g., local broker expertise, national discounts, co-working options) to create incremental value beyond baseline brokerage support.

• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery to reduce costs, create value, and increase customer satisfaction

• Work independently with minimal guidance, acting as a resource for clients

What You Will Bring

• Strong negotiation and advisory skills

• Ability to think strategically and act proactively

• Ability to present options, tradeoffs, and clear recommendations with economic decision-making discipline

• Proven ability to drive internal team coordination with strong communication and reliable follow-through.

• Experience working in lease management systems to maintain accurate, current transaction documentation and status updates.

• Ability to create strong client trust and confidence

• Enthusiasm to contribute to client goals and a principled approach to solving problems

Standout Candidates Will Bring

• Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
• Experience with CoStar or other lease management databases

• Experience with project management tools and software

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
