Lead the regional talent acquisition strategy for UCAN, LATAM, and EMEA while partnering with senior leaders. Oversee various recruiting processes and ensure the use of data-informed hiring solutions.
A successful Director, Regional Talent Acquisition will lead regional recruiting strategy and execution across UCAN, LATAM, and EMEA, partnering with business and HR leaders to deliver scalable, compliant, data-informed hiring solutions.
Fully Remote US based role
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional TA strategy for UCAN, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Partner with senior business, HR, Finance, and Operations leaders on workforce planning.
- Manage, coach, and develop recruiting leaders and teams.
- Drive consistent recruiting processes, governance, and service standards.
- Use talent mapping, market intelligence, funnel analytics, and workforce data.
- Oversee executive, professional, high-volume, and specialized recruiting delivery.
- Advance use of ATS, CRM, AI-enabled recruiting tools, reporting, and automation.
- Guide employer brand, recruitment marketing, diversity outreach, and campaign strategy.
- Monitor time-to-fill, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, recruiter capacity, diversity outcomes, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Manage recruiting budgets, vendors, agencies, and tools.
- Resolve recruiting challenges with agility, judgment, and critical thinking.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 10+ years progressive TA experience, including regional or multi-country team leadership.
- Experience leading recruiting across UCAN, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Strong workforce planning, hiring strategy, talent mapping, sourcing, stakeholder consulting, and capacity planning skills.
- Proven people leadership and distributed team management.
- Advanced recruiting operations, ATS/CRM, reporting, and data-driven decision-making experience.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, agency usage, and recruiting technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, judgment, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.
What You May Need to be Successful:
- Experience in HR technology, background screening, SaaS, business services, or global organization.
- Experience supporting full-cycle and high-volume recruiting.
- Success leading transformation, process improvement, automation, or recruiting technology adoption.
- Experience with employer brand, diversity outreach, and talent communities.
- Knowledge of hiring markets across UCAN, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Responsible use of AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Multilingual or multicultural leadership experience.
