You will connect product innovation, commercial execution, and operational efficiency. This leader partners with Product, R&D, and Go-To-Market teams. You will drive product enablement and monitor core business metrics. The role optimizes infrastructure and AI spend across the organization

As a Director Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with Product and R&D leaders to build enablement plans, content, and frameworks for go-to-market teams.
• Establishing and tracking key execution metrics that reveal operational health and strategic progress across the business.
• Driving cost-reduction frameworks across cloud compute infrastructure while aligning resource allocation with corporate budget limits.
• Monitoring organizational AI usage, tracking consumption models, and implementing efficiency initiatives that optimize spend and ROI.
• Operating the planning rhythm across quarterly objectives, executive reviews, and cross-functional initiative tracking.
• Translating high-level strategy into concrete, measurable deliverables owned by accountable cross-functional teams.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 7+ years of progressive experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, FinOps, or related leadership roles.
• Have a proven track record of building alignment across deeply technical teams and commercial business units.
• Have practical experience overseeing technical infrastructure budgets, including cloud compute across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Have hands-on familiarity with modern AI and LLM consumption costs and associated efficiency frameworks.
• Be skilled in operational planning and project management, translating strategy into concrete and measurable deliverables.
• Have a collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
