TELUS Partner Solutions connects domestic and international facilities  and virtual over-the-top services providers to TELUS' award-winning network and empowers resellers with a portfolio of industry-leading solutions purpose-built to help grow their technology and communications businesses.We're looking for a senior consultative sales leader to build and lead a collaborative, high-performing wholesale sales team. You'll drive profitable revenue growth by helping service providers and key verticals across Canada and globally solve complex business challenges through integrated TELUS solutions — from next-gen connectivity and digital transformation to business solutions and healthcare technology.

 

You measure success through consistent results achieved via solution-based selling, strong customer relationships, and talented teams you've developed. You're data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and skilled at navigating complex organizational dynamics with authenticity and integrity.

 

What you'll do

 

You'll lead a sales team using consultative, solution-based methodologies aligned with PSO frameworks. Coaching with empathy and clarity, you help your team think strategically about cross-selling by asking powerful questions and listening actively to identify opportunities that genuinely solve customer problems.

 

You'll develop business plans balancing immediate wins with sustainable growth across TELUS offerings. Leveraging data and AI tools, you'll optimize your sales approach, maintain key partner relationships with integrity, and facilitate honest conversations about performance and development—addressing challenges with both compassion and accountability.

What you bring

 

Leadership & Sales Experience

  • 5+ years building and coaching high-performance sales teams with consultative selling approaches

  • 10+ years in IT and telecommunications sales with proven wholesale experience and cross-selling success

  • Demonstrated ability to develop talent and drive career growth

 

Emotional Intelligence & Leadership

  • Strong empathy and ability to adapt your approach to different personalities

  • Proven track record building psychological safety and fostering inclusive team environments

  • Skilled at navigating conflict constructively and driving results in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

 

Business Acumen

  • C-suite relationship-building experience in large enterprises

  • Strategic planning and decision-making skills with proven track record of sustainable, profitable revenue growth

  • Experience collaborating across product management, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams

 

Technology & Skills

  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms

  • Excellent communication skills grounded in active listening and emotional awareness

 

Education & Credentials

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in consultative sales leadership (university degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience considered)

  • Professional sales certification (preferred)

  • Bilingual English/French (preferred)
