Availity is seeking a strategic, market-savvy Director, Product Marketing to shape how our products are positioned, launched, and brought to life in the market. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, customer insight, storytelling, and growth.

In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across product management, sales, customer success, and marketing to define go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue. You will translate market intelligence and customer needs into compelling positioning, differentiated messaging, and launch strategies that help our products stand out.

To be qualified for this position you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of B2B technology or healthcare technology marketing experience, with at least 5 years in marketing leadership or management roles.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Strong experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to translate complex products and market insights into clear, compelling narratives for buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer success, engineering, and demand generation teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data, KPIs, and market insights to guide strategy and measure performance.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, marketing technology, analytics platforms, CRM, and automation tools to improve decision-making and scale impact.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives and serve as a compelling storyteller.
  • Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and developing talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for products and solutions.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive alignment and business impact.
  • Conducting market, buyer, and competitive research to inform strategy, positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Defining clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
  • Planning and supporting product launches, including communications, enablement, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Creating and guiding content that supports the buyer journey, sales conversations, and market awareness.
  • Partnering with demand generation and account-based marketing teams to drive pipeline and campaign effectiveness.
  • Enabling sales and partner teams with tools, training, and content that strengthen customer engagement.
  • Using data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, scale programs, and increase marketing effectiveness.
  • Leading team performance, prioritize resources, and drive measurable outcomes across product marketing initiatives.
