About the role

CG Oncology is seeking a Director of Peer-to-Peer marketing to design and lead our thought leader initiatives across the pre-launch, launch and post-launch lifecycle.

The Director, Peer-to-Peer Marketing will lead the development and execution of the peer-to-peer (P2P) strategy for cretostimogene (“creto”) as CG Oncology prepares for its first commercial launch in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC).

This individual will build a comprehensive physician-to-physician engagement strategy designed to educate urologists and other appropriate healthcare professionals on the evolving NMIBC treatment landscape, appropriate patient identification, and the potential role of cretostimogene.

The Director, Peer-to-Peer Marketing will be responsible for creating the strategy, infrastructure, content and operating model required to deliver high-quality peer education across national, regional, local and digital channels. This includes speaker strategy, speaker identification and development, speaker programs, advisory engagement, peer-to-peer content, field integration and measurement.

The role will initially focus on high-risk BCG-unresponsive NMIBC while building the capabilities and insights required to support potential future indications, including intermediate-risk NMIBC.

They will work closely with HCP Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Insights & Analytics, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance.
