Director, Order Management & Billing Operations

The Director, Global Order Entry & Billing is the day‑to‑day operational owner and subject matter expert (SME) for global order entry and billing. This role owns execution, controls, and performance across regions and ensures invoicing is accurate, compliant, and scalable.

Reporting to the Global Delivery Leader for strategy, this role works closely with Transformation Lead to implement system, automation, and AI initiatives that are operationally viable and fully embedded into daily workflows.
