Designial is evolving. We are moving beyond traditional services to become a Full-Stack Innovation Partner for the US market. Our unique value proposition is the "Unified Feedback Loop"—where AI, Engineering, and Marketing work under one roof to drive faster, smarter growth for our clients.

We are looking for a Strategic Sales Leader to take this narrative to market.

This is not a role where you will be handed a script. We need a builder who can identify the right opportunities within the US Startup (Series B/C) and Private Equity ecosystems, and craft bespoke solutions that solve their most critical pains—whether that's product velocity, operational automation (AI), or efficient growth.

The Role

  • Drive Net-New Revenue: You will define and execute the sales strategy for our North American expansion. You will identify high-growth companies and navigate complex sales cycles to secure new logos.

  • Leverage the "End-to-End" Advantage: You will have a powerful arsenal at your disposal. You aren't just selling "staff"; you are selling outcomes. You will have the freedom to structure deals that mix and match our capabilities—using an AI Pod to open a door, or a Product Squad to anchor a long-term partnership.

  • Engage the C-Suite: You will act as a consultant to US Executives (CTOs, CMOs, Founders). You will move the conversation beyond "cost savings" to strategic value—helping them understand how a dedicated Innovation Hub in India can accelerate their roadmap and valuation.

  • Bridge the Gap: Operating during US West Coast hours, you will be the strategic link between our San Ramon headquarters and our delivery teams, ensuring our clients feel a seamless, high-touch partnership.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A proven "Hunter" with a Consultative Edge: You have 8+ years of experience selling complex technology or digital services to the US market. You know how to find opportunities, build trust, and close deals without a massive support infrastructure.

  • Fluent in the Full Lifecycle: You understand the interconnected nature of modern business. You can discuss Agile Development with a CTO, Customer Acquisition with a CMO, and AI/Automation with a CEO—connecting the dots between them.

  • Market Savvy: You understand the dynamics of the VC and PE landscapes. You know which companies are scaling, which are restructuring, and how to position Designial as the solution for both scenarios.

  • Thrives in the US Timezone: You view the PST schedule as a strategic advantage that gives you direct access to decision-makers, and you manage your lifestyle effectively to sustain high performance.
