We Are Looking To Add

We are looking to add a Director of Sports Programs to lead the creation and growth of our new programs and initiatives.  This person will work closely with the CEO and the Director of Sales & Marketing to launch and stabilize new sports programs under the Perfect Performance umbrella.

Core Objectives

  • Recruit and hire great coaches to lead the training, leagues, camps and events business lines for softball and field hockey 

  • Oversee procedures and processes for efficiency and thoughtfully implement recommendations to develop and improve them

  • Create budgets, manage resources, and align finances to the strategy of the company

  • Create and manage contracts with JV partners and coaches

  • Coordinate with the CEO to align goals, make improvements, strategize, and implement changes

 

Director Of Sports Programs requirements and qualifications

  • Confident to speak candidly, assume roles and tasks, and then report back on what happened as well as its impact

  • Able to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment and own the results

  • Goal-oriented and organized leadership

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Capable in both a leadership and team-player role

  • Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports

  • In-depth understanding of the company and its position in the industry

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master (MA or MSc) preferred

  • Working knowledge of various computer programs (experience with Google Apps for business preferred but not required)

  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders

  • Able to work remotely while having the ability to meet in person as needed
