The Director of Operations will create standard operating procedures for managing training programs, club teams, leagues, camps, and events. They will also manage procurement processes, relationships with apparel partners, and coordinate with the CEO to align goals and implement changes.

The Director of Sports Programs will lead the creation and growth of new sports programs and initiatives, working closely with the CEO and the Director of Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities include recruiting coaches, overseeing procedures for efficiency, managing budgets, and coordinating with the CEO on strategic goals.
