Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient Director of Sales to lead business development efforts for a rapidly growing labor supply firm specializing in data center construction. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across the data center ecosystem.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of data center construction environments (MEP systems, critical infrastructure, commissioning, etc.) and can effectively position skilled labor solutions within complex, fast-paced project timelines. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and aligning workforce solutions with client needs.
This is a remote position with a national focus, requiring a proactive, results-oriented leader who can operate independently while contributing to broader company growth strategy.
