Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient Director of Sales to lead business development efforts for a rapidly growing labor supply firm specializing in data center construction. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders across the data center ecosystem.

You will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying new opportunities, and aligning workforce solutions with client needs.

This is a remote position with a national focus, requiring a proactive, results-oriented leader who can operate independently while contributing to broader company growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting data center construction projects nationwide
  • Build and maintain relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and project managers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hyperscale and colocation markets
  • Translate technical project requirements into tailored labor solutions
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery of workforce services
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet/exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within data center construction, staffing, or related industries
  • Strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, commissioning, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into GCs, EPCs, and large-scale construction environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage a national territory
