The Director of Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight of end-to-end operations to ensure scalability, process excellence, and alignment with firm-wide objectives. They are responsible for driving transformation initiatives, managing workforce strategy, and holding senior managers accountable for performance delivery.

Your Key Contributions
- Define and execute operational strategy aligned with firm-wide goals.
- Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning, forecasting, and organizational design.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability, automation, and service delivery.
- Oversee multiple teams/functions, not just assigned teams, ensuring consistency and standardization across operations.
- Establish enterprise-wide production frameworks, workflows, and governance models.
- Own operational performance across departments, including throughput, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and implement enterprise-level solutions.
- Define and govern KPIs across departments; ensure alignment to business outcomes.
- Hold senior managers accountable for performance delivery.
- Develop long-term workforce strategy including global staffing models.
- Oversee capacity planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across departments.
- Ensure leadership pipeline development and succession planning.
- Lead and develop Supervisors.
- Drive leadership capability, coaching frameworks, and talent development programs.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and scalable culture.
- Act as liaison between operations and executive leadership.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree (MBA or related) preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive operations experience
- 7–10+ years in senior leadership (managing managers/sr. managers)
- Proven experience leading multi-team or multi-functional operations
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution, organizational scaling and workforce optimization
- Manages Complexity: Effectively handles complex, fast-changing environments by connecting priorities, simplifying challenges, and making sound decisions.
- Plans & Aligns: Sets clear goals and ensures teams and functions are aligned to execute against company priorities.

- Uses metrics, KPIs, and analytics to guide performance, identify issues, and make high-impact decisions.
- Proven ability to lead and develop leadership pipelines and drive accountability through layered teams.

- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Local Time
