As Director of Marketing, your mission is to accelerate that transformation. 
 
You will lead the strategy and execution that positions StoneAge as the category leader in automated industrial cleaning while driving customer adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion. You will ensure marketing serves as a strategic growth engine that strengthens customer relationships, influences business decisions, and creates measurable commercial impact. 
 
Reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will lead the global marketing function and work closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and leadership teams across the StoneAge family of companies.

Preferred Experience 

• Leadership experience in marketing, growth, or commercial functions. 
• Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or related markets. 
• Experience building and executing integrated marketing strategies tied to business outcomes. 
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar platforms. 
• Experience in customer segmentation, market research, and positioning. 
• Experience leading and developing teams. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to understand technical products and complex buying journeys. 

Additional Information 

• Travel required. 
• Occasional work outside standard business hours may be necessary to support global business needs.
