About the Role
The client is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of their digital marketing strategy while supporting key operational functions. This role is primarily focused on paid advertising, lead generation, website optimization, SEO, and marketing performance, while also assisting with CRM management, scheduling, customer communication, and business operations. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, self driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads.
- Create, manage, and optimize Microsoft Bing Ads and Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Continuously improve campaign performance by increasing conversions while reducing cost per lead.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing campaign optimization.
- Create and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Implement conversion tracking and monitor campaign analytics.
- Track advertising budgets, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
- Prepare weekly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Improve website SEO, speed, and overall performance.
- Optimize landing pages to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain website content and user experience.
- Monitor website health and identify opportunities for improvement.
Operations & CRM Management
- Support daily business operations and workflow improvements.
- Manage scheduling, dispatching, and technician coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain clear communication throughout the service process.
- Utilize CRM systems, preferably Housecall Pro, to manage leads, estimates, invoices, job scheduling, and customer records.
- Build reports and assist with workflow automation.
Customer Experience
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate customer communications.
- Follow up on pending estimates and recover unsold opportunities.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through project completion.
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have
- 5 or more years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- 5 or more years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages.
- Experience using CRM platforms with the ability to quickly learn Housecall Pro.
- Excellent written and spoken English with outstanding communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience with WordPress.
- Experience using Housecall Pro.
- Experience within home service industries such as garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or home improvement.
- Experience with lead generation, call tracking, and marketing automation.
