Job DetailsJob Category: Administrative ExemptionThe Senior Marketing Manager, along with the selected agency of record, are responsible for equipping Wiland’s New Business Development and Client Success teams with the marketing-created resources necessary to be successful in: 1) acquiring new clients; 2) driving increased revenue from existing clients; and 3) building profitable agency and digital platform partnerships. As a result, the Senior Marketing Manager—serving as Marketing’s liaison with the teams responsible for revenue generation—has a significant impact on the company’s growth.
The Senior Marketing Manager also serves as a two-way conduit of ideas and information between Marketing and the New Business Development and Client Success teams, fueling a steady stream of improvement and innovation in client and prospect engagement. The provisioning of the sales teams encompasses all stages of prospect and client engagement—from the initial introduction of the Company through onboarding new clients and driving increased product adoption and share of client spend.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with New Business Development and Client Success leadership and Executive Management to define and continuously improve Marketing initiatives and best practices.
Work directly and together with outside advertising agency, prioritizing demand generation for the New Business Development and Client Success teams.
Support high-quality sales tools for multiple external audiences, versioned by vertical market as needed, and distribute to New Business Development and Client Success teams.
Create, manage, and continuously improve sales collateral—including presentations, brochures, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and sales kits—ensuring alignment with brand, messaging, and strategic goals.
Assist New Business Development and Client Success teams with custom proposals and responses to RFPs.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy and implementation, Marketing, and product marketing.
Proven experience managing external agencies and driving results through partners.
Deep understanding of the sales cycle and how marketing supports revenue.
Ability to translate strategy into execution with attention to detail.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management tools like Asana preferred.
Availability for some business travel.

Compensation: Base Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component that is tied to new account revenue.
