Director of Investor Relations

Sierra Select is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Investor Relations to lead investor communications, financial messaging, stakeholder engagement, and the company’s overall investor-relations strategy. This role will serve as a key liaison between Sierra Select’s leadership team, investors, financial stakeholders, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial and business information into clear, compelling communications.

Responsibilities

* Develop and execute Sierra Select’s investor-relations strategy in alignment with company objectives.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors and financial stakeholders.

* Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, company announcements, and other investor communications.

* Coordinate the preparation and distribution of investor reports and management updates.

* Communicate company performance, business strategy, growth opportunities, and key developments to investors.

* Monitor investor feedback, market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.

* Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Executive Leadership, and other departments to ensure accurate and consistent financial messaging.

* Support investor meetings, presentations, conference calls, and other stakeholder events.

* Develop and maintain investor-relations materials, FAQs, presentations, and communications resources.

* Track and analyze investor sentiment, market activity, and relevant financial indicators.

* Support fundraising, capital-markets, strategic partnership, or financing initiatives as needed.

* Ensure investor communications are accurate, timely, professional, and consistent with applicable requirements.

* Prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

* Identify opportunities to strengthen Sierra Select’s corporate reputation and investor engagement.

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, financial communications, or a related field.

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

* Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance, valuation concepts, and capital markets.

* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

* Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to investors and stakeholders.

* Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

* Experience preparing investor presentations and financial communications.

* High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

* Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial-analysis tools, and presentation software.

* Experience in distribution, consumer technology, retail, or related industries is a plus.
