The Role
As the Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation, you will serve as our global center of excellence for marketing deployment, taking direct ownership of the full budget to orchestrate commercial performance. You will guide a hybrid team of deployment specialists and a global network of specialized contractors. Your day-to-day will involve translating high-level growth strategy into high-impact demand generation programs across North America. You will balance hands-on marketing operations with strategic ecosystem orchestration—leveraging cutting-edge AI tools (like Claude) to scale content, pioneering modern B2B attention channels (like TikTok and IG Reels), and co-marketing closely alongside elite partners like Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, and Databricks to drive a measurable pipeline.

Anticipated Salary Range
The anticipated pay range for this role is $150,000 to $170,000 annual base salary. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
