Role Overview

This is a high-velocity, hands-on role. You will help the CEO architect the "Hybrid Agent Framework," ensuring our Supervisor Agents and LLMs orchestrate perfectly within our infrastructure. You will collaborate with the Founders to build and execute delivery on a reliable, resilient, and scalable platform. This role reports to the CEO.

What You’ll Own

• Architect & Build: Architecting, building, and maintaining the platform code in Python.

• Code Quality & Standards: Performing code reviews and giving constructive, critical feedback. You will enforce strict adherence to our git flow (dev -> feature -> merge) and operations.

• System Design: Designing reliable, resilient, and scalable agent topologies.

• Documentation: Creating clear designs and writing helpful documentation for our modular AI architecture.

• Leadership: Managing the day to day Engineering, upskilling the team, identifying improvements and planning.

• Environment Agnostic Dev: Ensuring your code and containers run seamlessly in an agnostic infrastructure deployment environment.

• Collaboration: Engaging with the Founders on design decisions.

• Data Privacy & Security: Deep understanding of data privacy, security, data masking, anonymization, and encryption at rest/in transit to satisfy GDPR and ISO, SOC 2 requirements.

Who You Are

• Engineering Mastery: +7-10 years of experience with a deep focus on backend systems.

• Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Python. Deep understanding of app containerization, micro-services, Agentic compute and LLMs in Production.

• Agentic AI: Experience building stateful applications with Agent Frameworks.

• Leadership: You excel with minimal technical supervision and can design solutions independently with strong communication and collaboration on design, while mentoring a team.

• Empathy: You have empathy for your customer and welcome feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

• Language: Fluent English at a business negotiation level in both written and spoken.
