The Director of Compliance supports field activity, investigations, training, and auditing while partnering with clinical and business operations. They are responsible for identifying compliance risks, implementing corrective action plans, and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
General Purpose
Reporting to the SVP, Associate Chief Compliance Officer, Enterprise Risk Management, the Director of Compliance serves as direct support for compliance field activity, compliance investigations, education and training, auditing, assessment, and analysis. This position partners closely with the compliance leadership team, business operations, clinical operations, and finance. This position will promote strong, compliant, and values‑aligned culture. The role requires a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience with investigations, audits, assessment, analysis, and training, with deep knowledge of skilled nursing facilities and post‑acute care regulations.
