The Director of New Start Implementations of People Services components of new starts and acquisitions in the Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health Divisions.  Partnering with recruiting, onboarding, regional teams and start up teams as well as relationship building and partnering with partner hospital systems. Ensures that all Human Resource practices meet the guidelines and specifications of all state and federal laws. This role is both hands on and requires the ability to work through and influence other teams and people.

 

How you’ll contribute 

Director of New Start Implementations who excels in this role:

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the mission, services and organizational structure.

  • Project Management of the People Services components of new starts and acquisitions in the Rehabilitation and Behavioral Health Divisions.  This starts with ensuring departments and cost centers are set up and ends with passing survey and receiving accreditation.

  • Partner with recruiting, onboarding, regional teams and start up teams as well as relationship building and partnering with partner hospital systems. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple assignments, balance priorities, makes decisions quickly.

  • Analyzes relevant market factors, including compensation packages, shift differentials and sign on bonuses needed.

  • Assists in onboarding new employees.  

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining employee personnel, education and medical files until PSD is onboarded.

  • Ensures successful survey and accreditation.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 5-7 years of related Human Resource experience. Additional requirements include:

  • Prior new start and/or acquisition experience highly preferred.

  • Prior project management experience highly preferred.

  • Experience working in a complex environment and partnering with various stakeholders.
