The Director of Medical Affairs will shape medical strategy, build scientific partnerships, and lead evidence-generation initiatives for dermatology and autoimmune assets. They will also provide medical leadership, manage MSL teams, and ensure cross-functional alignment across the medicine lifecycle.
Shape the medical strategy. Build trusted scientific partnerships. Help innovation reach patients.
Incyte Canada is advancing its ambition in dermatology, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. Bringing that ambition to life requires medical leaders who understand the science, recognize the questions that matter in clinical practice, and bring people together to pursue answers.
As Director, Medical Affairs, you will help shape the medical direction of our marketed medicines and pipeline assets. You will connect Canadian clinical needs with our development programs, evidence-generation priorities, and portfolio strategy—building the scientific foundations that support informed decisions and appropriate patient access.
Why this role matters
You will join a growing organization where your perspective will influence both strategy and execution. From defining medical priorities to engaging clinical experts, developing evidence, and supporting launch readiness, you will have the opportunity to contribute across the medicine lifecycle.
The scope calls for a leader who can set direction and stay close to the work. Someone who brings scientific credibility, sound judgment, and the initiative to build programs that respond to real needs. Depending on organizational needs, the role may also include leadership and management of a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team.

At Incyte, we follow the science and stay with the challenge. Our Solve On philosophy reflects the persistence, curiosity, and responsibility needed to pursue answers for patients with serious unmet needs.
In Canada, you will work with a close-knit team that shares insight openly and brings different disciplines together to move forward. We value leaders who can build while delivering: people who set a clear direction, take ownership, and remain engaged in the details that determine success.
If you are energized by the opportunity to shape a medical organization, strengthen scientific partnerships, and help a growing portfolio realize its potential, we would like to hear from you.
