The Director will lead business development and consulting projects within the Swiss MedTech market, focusing on clinical affairs and client relationship management. They will act as the primary interface for Swiss clients while leveraging international resources to drive growth and strategic positioning.

You will play a key role in developing ai6 Solutions presence in Switzerland, combining business development, client relationships and senior consulting expertise.
Business Development
- Develop and expand ai6 Solutions MedTech consulting business across all market directions, serving non‑Swiss clients in Switzerland, Swiss clients domestically, and Swiss clients in international markets.
- Identify and acquire new clients in the Swiss MedTech ecosystem
- Build long-term relationships with medical device companies, start-ups and innovation hubs
- Represent ai6 Solutions at industry events, conferences and customer meetings
Consulting & Project Leadership
- Lead complex consulting projects with international clients, focusing on clinical affairs
- Extend the full set of ai6 Solutions CRO products to Switzerland
- Lead or support clinical affairs projects involving
- Clinical development and approval strategies
- Clinical or Performance Evaluation Reports
- Post-Market Clinical or Performance Follow-Up - Oversight of general consulting projects with responsibility as the primary client interface for the Swiss market
Strategic Contribution- Support the growth and positioning of seleon/ai6 in the Swiss market
- The role is firmly embedded within the seleon/ai6 Business Unit Consulting and the international seleon/ai6 teams, enabling the role holder to combine local entrepreneurial responsibility with full access to ai6 Solutuons comprehensive expertise and resources for projects in Switzerland.
- Contribute to the development of new consulting services
Ihr Profil
- Based in Switzerland (ideally Zurich / Zug region)
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine or similar
- Several years of experience in Clinical Affairs / Clinical Research for medical devices
- In‑depth knowledge of both Swiss regulatory requirements and European regulatory frameworks for medical devices.
- Strong network in the Swiss MedTech ecosystem is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with affinity for business development
- Fluent in German and English (Business LeveL)
