- Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff
- Relationships with relevant strategics and private equity buyers of relevant companies
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or economics, or an MBA
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 certifications
