About This Role

The Director, HR Technology & AI Solutions position is a newly created leadership role designed to lead Carrier's HR AI transformation journey. You will develop and execute a multi-year workforce technology roadmap, bringing together Workday Talent capabilities, Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise platforms to create seamless employee experiences and measurable business value.

You will also lead a growing team responsible for workforce product management and future AI solution development initiatives
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Workforce Tech Strategy & Architecture: Design and scale end-to-end enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year HR technology and AI transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to extend Workday capabilities through integration with Microsoft and AI-enabled solutions.
• AI & Automation Innovation: Lead the evaluation, piloting, and implementation of agentic AI, automation (Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot), and intelligent workflows to modernize employee and manager experiences.
  • Champion adoption of emerging AI capabilities within Workday Talent and across the broader workforce technology ecosystem.
  • Evaluate practical AI use cases and drive implementation of scalable solutions that enhance workforce productivity and employee experiences.
• Product Portfolio Management: Define workforce product visions, multi-year roadmaps, and value-realization metrics focused on business outcomes rather than just tech delivery.
  • Provide leadership for Workday Talent product strategy while expanding workforce capabilities through AI-driven innovation.
• Value Realization & Business Cases: Develop robust business cases for technology investments and track ROI metrics/KPIs to ensure maximum business impact and platform adoption.
• Cross-Functional Executive Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business executives, translating complex technical strategies into clear business language and driving alignment across matrixed teams.

·        Team Leadership Lead and develop a team of workforce technology professionals, including Workday Talent Product Managers and future AI-focused resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Workday Talent products and talent technology strategies.

• Experience leading technology initiatives within large, complex, matrixed organizations.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise Platform Oversight: Strategic architectural knowledge across Workday (Core HCM/Integrations), ServiceNow (HRSD/Case Management), and the Microsoft Enterprise Ecosystem (M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI).
• Demonstrated experience with Workday Talent Management solutions.
• AI Implementation Track Record: Demonstrated success architecting and scaling AI-enabled workforce tools, automated orchestrations, and productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Executive Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex corporate environments, construct high-level business cases, and build strong enterprise partnerships.

Pay Range  

The monthly salary (based on 40 hours a week) for this position is between 36,750 zl – 51,450 zl gross per month.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.       

 

Zakres wynagrodzenia

Wynagrodzenie roczne na tym stanowisku wynosi od zł352,800.00-zł705,600.00 rocznie. Na wysokość wynagrodzenia w tym przedziale mogą wpływać m.in. umiejętności, wykształcenie, doświadczenie oraz inne indywidualne kwalifikacje wybranego kandydata. Czynniki, które mogą wpływać na wysokość wynagrodzenia w danym przedziale płacowym, obejmują między innymi: umiejętności, wykształcenie, dotychczasowe doświadczenie, udział w układzie zbiorowym pracy (CLA), typowe rynkowe wynagrodzenie dla danego stanowiska oraz inne indywidualne kwalifikacje wybranego kandydata.

Dodatkowe składniki wynagrodzenia

Stanowisko kwalifikuje się do udziału w globalnych krótkoterminowych programach premiowych a także w długoterminowych programach premiowych zgodnie z zasadami i warunkami obowiązujących programów.
