Director, Global Ethics and Compliance Monitoring and Reporting

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Director, Ethics and Compliance Monitoring and Reporting, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Establish, maintain, and execute an integrated, risk-based global strategy and operating model for compliance effectiveness, including audit and monitoring, transparency, compliance technology, reporting and analytics.
  • Lead enterprise-wide compliance monitoring, auditing and effectiveness assessments to evaluate compliance controls, identify emerging risks, measure program maturity and drive continuous improvement across key risk areas.
  • Oversee global transparency reporting programs and compliance technology platforms, ensuring accurate reporting, reliable data governance, scalable compliance processes and meaningful insights for business and compliance leaders.
  • Advise senior leadership and governance committees on compliance program effectiveness, emerging risks, monitoring outcomes, and remediation efforts.
  • Lead the compliance monitoring and platforms teams and manage priorities, resources, technology investments and external partners in collaboration with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, Medical Affairs, Commercial and other key stakeholders.

 Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and ten (10) years of experience in ethics and compliance, compliance auditing, internal audit, risk management, investigations or a related field, including experience leading enterprise-scale programs and teams in a multinational organization.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Experience leading ethics and compliance, monitoring programs within a global medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences organization.
  • Background leading global teams, projects, or external partners.
  • Knowledge of global healthcare compliance regulations, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, and industry standards.
  • Success developing and implementing global risk assessments, risk-based compliance monitoring programs, evaluating compliance program effectiveness and driving remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using data, metrics, and reporting to evaluate program performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree, Juris Doctor (JD), compliance certification (CCEP), or other relevant advanced degree or professional certification.
  • Success partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Managed multiple priorities in a global organization.

Work location:  Remote  
 
Travel: May include up to 15%

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $187,600 - $257,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
