What You’ll Do
Leadership & Group Management
Plan, schedule, and facilitate engaging group and committee meetings
Develop agendas, manage budgets, and coordinate meeting logistics including speakers, sponsors, and venue arrangements
Serve as a trusted advisor to credit groups—guiding their growth, health, and long-term success
Capture and share meeting outcomes, ensuring alignment and follow-through
Manage group treasuries and financial records
Growth & Member Engagement
Identify and develop new member prospects and guide them through the onboarding process
Promote meetings and events to increase attendance and engagement
Build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
Support members in maintaining accounts in good standing and re-engage at-risk participants
Negotiate membership fees and pricing options when appropriate
Strategic & Operational Support
Identify opportunities to enhance group processes, committees, and bylaws
Research industry trends, products, and markets to increase member value
Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for additional services
Maintain records and oversee preparation for meetings and conferences
Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Plan, schedule and facilitate committee/group meetings for assigned groups; prepare budgets and agendas, work with the Event Coordinator to obtain and manage speakers and sponsors, interface with hotel staff on all arrangements, including rooms, AV, banquet event orders, etc.
Lead and advise groups to guide and teach them and to ensure each group continues to develop, grow and remain healthy; take minutes at meetings and disseminate back to group
Maintain group treasuries
Work to obtain new prospects and move those prospects forward to becoming group members
SECONDARY JOB DUTIES
Market meetings and events to enhance attendance
Research additional industry products and markets that can enhance the value of membership
Work to solve problems with the aim of reactivating members accounts and helping members to maintain accounts in good standing
Negotiate membership fees and pricing of reports for “at risk” members
Identify additional processes, committees to ensure each group runs smoothly
Identify any bylaw changes which would benefit each group’s membership as a whole
Travel to group meetings, conferences and events
Maintain records and supervise the preparation of materials for upcoming conferences
Identify prospects for other Cadex services and communicate to VP Business Development
Participate in learning and development opportunities when available and as appropriate
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and propose ideas
Foster effective communication and collaboration between countries and cultures within all regions
Assist in credit services project work as required
Act as backup to other members of the credit services department
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all information entrusted with

WORK HOURS
It is essential that this position adhere to the assigned work schedule. This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, typically between the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm EST/EDT, subject to change with advanced notice. Specific schedules will be assigned on an individual basis by the manager/supervisor of the position. This position may be required to work off-hours to accommodate time zones.
