Reporting to the VP of Communications, this Director, Communications will play a key role in helping tell the story of Veralto and its operating companies in India to various stakeholders -- current associates, prospective hires, customers and communities. We're looking for a passionate storyteller who can inspire audiences in one of our key, fast growing markets.

In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with other Communications Center of Excellence associates, the President of Veralto India, and business leaders in India to source and craft stories for the myriad of audiences that Veralto engages with every day.

This position is part of the Global Communications team and will be based in Mumbai.   

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement strategic plan to highlight the contributions of promote the interests of Veralto in India across a multitude of stakeholders
• Measure effectiveness and reach of internal and external engagement.
• Support the vice president of Communications in translating enterprise stories for local audiences
• Leverage AI to help drive Veralto’s storytelling, helping elevate the brand of the enterprise and our operating companies.
• Engage with charitable partners in India

Critical Competencies

• Strong storytelling instincts and writing skills.
• Tech-savvy with practical AI application skills in content creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• Strong experience in Internal & External Communications, Corporate Communications, PR, or Strategic Communications and 10-15+ years of experience .
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience counseling senior executives on communications strategies to advance business goals.
• Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-wide programs.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies.
