Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer with deep expertise in Meta Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for high-ticket service-based businesses.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, performance-driven, and passionate about lead generation. You'll be responsible for improving lead quality, lowering acquisition costs, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing ROI while working within proven campaign frameworks. You'll also collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to continuously test and scale winning campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage daily campaign operations, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, events, attribution, and funnel tracking.
- Collaborate with creative team members on ad concepts, creative assets, and copy improvements.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Execute campaigns within established media buying frameworks and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist.
- Advanced expertise managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Experience managing paid media for high-ticket service-based businesses.
- Proven success building and optimizing lead generation funnels.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, performance analysis, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, attribution, events, and funnel measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions.
- Comfortable working within established campaign frameworks rather than creating strategy from scratch.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
