We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and evolve our global technical certification and credentialing practice for our enterprise software solutions. This role will advance an established program into a strategic capability that supports product adoption, partner scale, and customer outcomes. 

The role operates across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure certifications reflect real-world product use, validate meaningful skills, and scale globally with consistency and credibility.

Role is a remote, US-based position

Responsibilities

Practice Leadership and StrategyOwn the certification and credentialing practice, including strategy, governance, and performanceDefine the program roadmap and operating model aligned to product and go-to-market prioritiesEnsure certifications remain relevant, credible, and aligned to customer use casesLead a team of four product instructional and testing specialists in the definition of learning curriculum across each of our products, examinations, and update programming

Product Alignment and Certification DesignTranslate product capabilities into role-based certification pathways that validate applied skillsPartner with Product and Engineering to ensure certifications evolve with the roadmapMaintain strong alignment between certification content and real-world implementation

Curriculum and ATC AlignmentDefine global curriculum objectives and key focus areas aligned to certification requirementsEnsure consistent coverage of critical skills across Authorized Training CentersPartner with the Partner Program team to evolve the ATC governance model including tiering, standards, instructor requirements, audits, and scorecards

Use partner performance data to continuously improve curriculum and delivery consistency

Program Lifecycle and DeliveryStrengthen certification pathways including exams, assessments, and lab-based validationMaintain Job Task Analyses and competency frameworksOptimize global delivery across partners and internal teams while maintaining quality standards

Operations and TechnologyOwn certification operations including issuance, renewal, and recertification policiesEnsure exam integrity and program securityOwn certification technology stack including exam platforms, labs, and credentialingDrive integration with Salesforce, partner systems, and learning platforms

Business Impact and PerformancePartner with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams to drive certification adoptionAlign certifications to revenue priorities and customer success outcomesDefine KPIs and provide executive reporting on program effectiveness and ROI

 

 

Qualifications

10+ years in technical enablement, certification, or learning within enterprise software or cybersecurityExperience leading an established certification programStrong understanding of certification design and assessment strategyExperience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teamsExperience operating global programs and partner ecosystems

 

PreferredBackground in cybersecurity or infrastructure softwareExperience with lab-based certification modelsExperience with technologies including Lismus, Skytapand Credly, Mindtickle, Skillable, CloudLabs, Pearson VUE, etc.Experience supporting partner-led or ATC delivery models
