With operations in over 80 countries and revenues exceeding $20 billion, JLL combines global scale with deep local expertise to shape the future of real estate for a better world.

Workplace Management Technologies (WPMT) is JLL's portfolio of enterprise software applications that power the Workplace Management Organization — delivering technology solutions for occupiers, facilities managers, and service providers at scale.

About CorrigoPro

Corrigo is JLL's enterprise-grade Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Facilities Management platform. CorrigoPro is Corrigo's service provider ecosystem — serving approximately 35,000 service providers through a range of products and programs including but not limited to CorrigoPro subscriptions, CorrigoPro Direct (CPD) API integrations, Corrigo Procure, and early payment programs.

Given the scale of Corrigo’s service provider network, CorrigoPro is considered a high-priority growth opportunity with significant untapped potential. This role has been created to lead the charge.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven, execution-oriented Director to own and grow revenue from the CorrigoPro service provider segment. This is not a strategy-only role — we are looking for someone who can identify opportunity, build the business case, secure funding and product roadmap prioritization as needed, and drive execution through to a running, scalable program. At the point that a program is proven to have the infrastructure to scale, it will hand over to business stakeholders who will be accountable to the programs ongoing success in a business-as-usual state. The ideal candidate thinks and acts like a P&L owner: grounded in the customer's reality, rigorous in financial analysis, and relentless in follow-through.

Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations for Workplace Management Technologies, this individual will be the primary champion for CorrigoPro revenue growth — working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Business Operations to bring new programs and monetization strategies to life while also keeping customer need at the forefront of their strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & Opportunity Identification

•        Develop a deep understanding of the facilities management and field service ecosystem, with a particular focus on the service provider segment.

•        Continuously assess the competitive landscape, customer needs, and gaps in JLL's current CorrigoPro offering to identify and prioritize net-new revenue opportunities.

•        Evaluate the role of AI and emerging technologies in delivering value to service providers and generating incremental revenue for CorrigoPro.

•        Develop a partnership marketplace strategy enabling service providers to seamlessly connect with CorrigoPro through pre-built, certified connectors.

•        Identify strategies to maximize revenue from existing programs, with a near-term emphasis on Corrigo Procure.

Business Case Development & Stakeholder Buy-In

•        Translate identified opportunities into rigorous business cases with clearly articulated ROI, market sizing, and financial projections.

•        Present and advocate for strategies with senior and executive stakeholders, securing alignment and funding approvals.

•        Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the CorrigoPro Business Operations team.

Execution & Program Management

•        Drive end-to-end execution of approved strategies — from concept through launch — maintaining accountability for timelines, milestones, and financial targets.

•        Advocate for and guide Product Management teams where product changes or new capabilities are required to support growth strategies.

•        Develop the business processes, operating models, and documentation needed to run programs in a repeatable, scalable way.

•        Transition mature programs to appropriate operational teams (e.g., CorrigoPro Business Operations, Sales), maintaining quality and continuity while pivoting attention to the next growth initiative.

Customer & Market Engagement

•        Engage directly with CorrigoPro service providers for discovery, validation, and feedback — ensuring strategies are grounded in real customer insight.

•        Serve as an internal subject matter expert on the service provider segment, championing the voice of the customer in cross-functional discussions.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is measured primarily by the projected ARR generated through strategies developed and executed by this individual. We are looking for quality of impact over quantity of initiatives — a single well-executed program that adds $3M in ARR is far more valuable than five programs that never scale.

Year 1:

•        Comprehensive landscape assessment of CorrigoPro revenue opportunities completed and prioritized.

•        At least two fully funded, actively executing growth program underway.

•        Corrigo Procure revenue optimization strategy developed and in execution.

•        Stakeholder relationships established and credibility built across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Year 2+:

•        Multiple programs progressed to BAU and transitioned to operating teams.

•        Measurable ARR contribution from developed and launched programs.

•        Partnership marketplace strategy in active development or launch phase.

•        AI-driven value creation roadmap defined and product investment secured.

Qualifications

Required

•        7+ years of experience in revenue strategy, business development, product commercialization, or P&L ownership — ideally within a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform business.

•        Demonstrated track record of not just developing strategies, but personally executing them from business case through to a live, running program. Candidates must be prepared to speak to specific examples.

•        Experience in or strong familiarity with the facilities management, field service management (FSM), or service provider ecosystem.

•        Strong financial acumen — ability to build business cases, model revenue scenarios, and speak credibly to financial stakeholders.

•        Proven ability to influence without a direct reporting relationship — driving cross-functional alignment and securing executive buy-in.

•        Exceptional communication skills; comfort presenting to C-level and senior executive audiences.

•        Highly self-directed; ability to operate effectively as an individual contributor in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Preferred

•        Direct experience working with or selling to service providers, subcontractors, or tradespeople in a facilities or field service context.

•        Experience with marketplace, API integration, or connector ecosystem strategy.

•        Familiarity with AI applications in field service, workforce management, or B2B SaaS.

•        Prior experience in a revenue operations, GTM strategy, or product commercialization function within an enterprise software company.

•        Experience designing and launching partner programs or monetization frameworks.
