Job Description -

Responsibilities 

• Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM  ITOM  CRM  S2P  HRSD  MCO  FSO etc 
• Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value-led approach. Case study would be provided for round 2. 
• Assist the Sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis. 
• Assess the customer's strategic needs  uncover business requirements  determine the gaps between business requirements and product functionality  and build relationships with clients onsite. 
• Gather the appropriate information to generate proposals with the right service components  pricing  and assumptions. 
• Evaluate ServiceNow products and solutions that might improve or enhance services provided  while aligning and working closely with onshore ServiceNow leadership. 
• Understand business and technical problems addressed by the proposed solutions  including key regulations  business drivers  evolving business needs  security  etc. 
• Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation  outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow. 
• Hands-on experience creating demos  and ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge. 
• Provide technical leadership during client workshops  discovery sessions  and stakeholder presentations. 
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure compliance with business policies and standards.
